On the other hand, Xi Jinping was treated to an exotic spicy South Indian cuisine during the Mamallapuram Summit and he still went on to send PLA into Indian territory in 4 months.
The previous India Russia Summit lunch fare was more sober.
This one I like. Dhakai Chat, Palak Cheese Sambousek sounds nice. Gol Gappa to Mohammed Bin Salman though!!

Dinner to Ivanka Trump in Hyderabad for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit. Khubai ka meetha with pistachio cream!
This one is for the lunch for Trump. Gold leaf fig ice cream, dry dates pudding, Panch phoron kathal(jackfruit with 5 spices). How do they come up with these?! Overall a small menu though!
Taking a shift. Here’s the White House State Dinner hosted by Jill and Joe Biden for Narendra Modi with an all Vegetarian millets based menu.
In comparison Obama’s White House dinner menu when hosting Modi back in 2014 in his first visit as PM to the US. Goat Cheese and Baby Bell peppers and compressed avocados sound interesting.
This is a standard fare menu for the Lunch hosted by Modi for the Third Summit of the Forum for India-Pacific Islands Cooperation. Millet Biriyani sounds interesting. What is this Rajasthani Ragi Gatta curry?

The G-20 Summit dinner platter menu is here. A lot of Kebab and Tikka stuff. And a proper Non Veg menu to accompany the Veg menu. Atleast the leaders won’t be angry tomorrow.
Ok this is the menu for the Dinner hosted by the President of India to G-20 leaders. Good that we got the Delhi Declaration consensus before the dinner. The only consensus I see after this is for them to run when they hear the word Millets ever again.
Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina today treats France President Macron with the best of subcontinental cuisine. Perfect way to win over a guest after they were treated to a Millet punishment a day earlier.
And for this year's Vibrant Gujarat Summit. A good staple fare. No fancy stuff.

@cvkrishnan Are these catered by 5* hotels or there is a ICS - indian cookery service also? Rashtrapati bhavan also has lavish banquets for head of states… i have taken the tour, the dining hall is middle ages european palace.
@daeroplate_v2 When hosted in hotels, I believe the 5* hotel chefs take in. Like Xi in Mamallapuram and Ivanka in Hyderabad wherein they were hosted at the Taj.
