Hey smart #astronomy people: If I have a star with a known mass, how can I calculate the weakest possible orbit for a body within that star’s gravity? In other words, I want to calculate the furthest a body with a minimum mass could be from the star.

FWIW, I don’t need to calculate the full orbital path, just the furthest point of that path. Assume the orbit is a perfect circle, not just elliptical.

P.S. - This is for a game and if you solve it for me I’ll name the game after you. 🤣
