5 Rounds for Time: 15 Air Squats 15 Burpees 15 Push-Ups

8 Rounds for Time: 11 Push-Ups 30 Lunges 19 Sit-Ups

For Time: 100 Burpees

For Time: 21-15-9 Dumbbell Deadlifts Push-ups (Complete 21 Deadlifts, 21 Push-Ups, 15 Deadlifts, 15 Push-Ups, etc.)

3 Rounds for Time: 400m Run 20 Kettlebell Swings 5 Pull-Ups

20-minute AMRAP: 5 Pull-Ups 10 Push-Ups 15 Air Squats AMRAP = As Many Reps as Possible

16-minute AMRAP: 4 Kettlebell Swings 4 Air Squats 4 Push-Ups 4 Sit-Ups AMRAP = As Many Reps as Possible

6 Rounds for Time: 24 Air-Squats 24 Push-Ups 24 Lunges 400m Run

20-minute AMRAP: 400m Run 20 Sit-Ups 10 Dumbbell Snatches AMRAP = As Many Reps as Possible

For Time: 100 Push-Ups 100 Sit-Ups 100 Air Squats

For Time: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Burpees Push-Ups Air Squats (Complete 10 Burpees, 10 Push-Ups, 10 Air Squats, 9 Burpees, 9 Push-Ups, etc.)

20-minute AMRAP: 20 Push-Ups 20 Air Squats 20 Burpees 20 Lunges AMRAP = As Many Reps as Possible

4 Rounds for Time: 10 Burpees 100m Run 10 Air Squats 100m Run 10 Push-Ups 100m Run 10 Sit-Ups 100m Run

4 Rounds: AMRAP 2 Minutes: 10/8 Calorie Bike 10 Burpees Max DB Snatch 50# Rest 2:00 Score is total snatch reps.

1600m run 21 DB clean & jerks 800m run 21 DB clean & jerks 1600m run Score is time to complete everything.

6 rounds: 30 air squats 19 DB power cleans 7 pull-ups 500m bike erg Score is time to complete everything.

@austinschless I’ve found consistency to be the key. Longer workout early morning (1hr), then stretching and doing body weight exercises every hour or two between meetings and work!

@Milankordestani I've been experimenting with this as well. Whenever I am feeling stuck at work, I'll set a timer for 10 minutes and do 20 air squats or 10 pushups every minute on the minute. Get's the blood flowing, it's a decent workout, and helps me focus.
