People tend to believe that the markets are controlled by supply and demand. However, is this the case? What if an algorithm controlled the markets? If I were told this 5 years ago, I would have claimed that to be insane.

However, after spending half a decade within the markets and being under the tutelage of the @I_Am_The_ICT I see market manipulation every day, every week, and every month.

Now, is an algorithm advanced enough to control an entire market? You are then underestimating the capabilities of artificial intelligence. However, Artificial intelligence creates decisions for you every day.

From what you watch on YouTube, to the posts you are viewing on Instagram. Every single post has been catered exactly for you. Now some of you may view market manipulation as a bad thing. You should think the opposite.

If the markets are controlled, that means they are not random. If we left situations to complete randomness, imagine the amount of uncertainty you will have every day. What if tensions between countries lead to one country collapsing another's currency?

A systematic approach to controlling the markets keeps everything sane.

The truth is market manipulation was done by humans before, but now it's only more efficient for Artificial intelligence to take over. An AI has no emotions. It has no agenda. It just fulfilling its duties set out by its creators. Every week, Every day, and it won't stop.
