Sequential retargeting is an easy strategy to add an extra $50K in revenue each month to your eCom store > What kind of audiences to use in this approach? > When & what kind of ads to show them? Here's my exact step-by-step process:

We all know that retargeting audiences are not as effective after the ios update. But that doesn’t apply to video watchers' audiences. Why? Because they are on-platform audiences and are not affected. FB still has all the data about them.

In order for this strategy to work, your custom audiences need to be at least 10k We launch all our ads grouped by similarity. We call it a bucket. It could be the style of a video, like a testimonial or unboxing, or maybe an offer, like a sale ad, giveaway ad, or an angle

We create 75% of video watchers in the last 90d of EACH bucket, but retarget them with another piece of content - that’s absolutely crucial. So if you saw the unboxing video, later you’ll see the testimonial video If you saw a testimonial video, you’ll see a meme-style ad

If you saw a meme-style ad, you’ll see a new product ad. And so on You want them to have multiple touchpoints with your brand. We would say that 75% is a strong indicator that the user is interested in the product. If we notice this segment is working great we would expand it.

One way would be to > lower the percentage of video watched, from 75% to 50%, and > the other would be to extend it from 30d to 90d. Basically, we extend both vertically (by the percentage of videos watched) and horizontally (by time period).

This way you are not hitting them with the same ad & they see all of your different concepts and messages It ultimately results in them buying the product, cause they saw your > product demo ad > testimonial from other people > unboxing > you answered their objections...

@IstvanicMarin I am assuming these are not all conversions campaign, the retargeting is a conversion but the top campaign for at least 10K VV should be a VV campaign

@adriano_on45993 it's definitely not VV, it's all conversion if you run VV, you'll get shitty quality people that are interested in watching the video, but not interested in buying that's why everything is always on conversions
