@NutriDetect Doing 10k icu daily and feeling amazing. I’ve done my research. I still go outside and do all practices to get vitamin D in natural ways. But during winter I do supplement. Nothing wrong about it as long as is a trusted source for the supplement.
@NutriDetect Posts like this make me cross. Question their motives. Yes Colecalciferol is toxic to RATS at high doses. Drugs & Supplements at high doses are toxic. People in cold climes with dark skins, VDR SNP’s, MS etc can’t go outside & get enough 🌞 to keep them well. 1/2
@BatesTheresa Aw, you got cross. Too many references for you? Bye
@NutriDetect I stay in Scotland we don't get the sun I'm 45 I can hardly walk my hips have lost bone I have lost height what do I do
@plasmaevent1 Do everything I talk about in this video Love Your Liver Livestream #146: RICKETS is a MEAT Deficiency! #vitaminAtoxicity #toxicbiletheory https://youtube.com/live/zJ37X...
@NutriDetect What about people who don't get enough sunlight, especially women with osteoporosis? They are told by doctors that Vitamin D is essential to keep bones from breaking.
@NutriDetect You have to take K to put that calcuum into your bones if you take D. Of course if you overload d by itself it can lead to issues
@vincentshauling Myth put forth by the pharma industry to sell you more rat poison
@NutriDetect I used to take D3 and then I just rejected it psychically. I don’t know why but I couldn’t swollow it.
@NutriDetect @Quabsork Fortified foods are very dangerous
@NutriDetect I’m not taking my nuts out for some sun. Is that really necessary?
@RSKindred1978 It is not necessary, however, it may help to oxidize the toxins like "vitamin" A in your nuts faster than if you sunned other areas (local vs systemic effects)
@NutriDetect I've been taking high doses of vitamin DÂł daily for well over 5 years. It has stopped the joint and muscle pain from Lupus. I'd be dead if it were rat poison. As for osteoporosis, I am able to carry heavy boxes and full 5 gallon buckets with ease at age 58.
@NutriDetect The sun is vital to life, therefore…
@NutriDetect Thank you for this thread - my question - doesn’t supplementing Vitamin K2 with Vitamin D minimize the lethal effects, namely calcium buildup? Thank you!!!
@GrizzAliDaddy The poison that never enters the body doesn’t need to be detoxed or minimized
@NutriDetect Wonder if red light helps with Vitamin D synthesis.
@katmarkapp It does not directly
@NutriDetect I’m wary of the supplements, too, but it can be difficult for people to absorb sunlight everyday, especially in certain climates. Would tanning beds suffice?
@LBarrickTaylor Yes. 8 min total per week does it, and this can be split up and may be too much for some at the start
@NutriDetect @threadreaderapp unroll
