How to scale your FB Ads? Here's my FB ad account structure for the most effective scaling DTC brand I covered everything step-by-step > requirements > ads > audiences > account structure > bonus strategies I used it to scale multiple 8 and 9-fig stores [Bookmark it]

In order to even scale we need 2 things: 1) good trend of results under the KPI e.g. 3 consistent days with healthy MER and ROAS 2) 2-3 winning creatives ads that are generating a significant number of sales under the target CPA If both conditions are fulfilled, I then...

1) Keep increasing the budget on the ad sets in the testing campaigns which are getting the results I have multiple ad accounts in which my Testing campaign is my highest-spending campaign Just keep increasing what works Multiple winning ads set tests X budget increase = Scale

How am I actually setting up my testing campaign? Find the answer here:

2) Import winners to ASC+ ASC is usually operating on a high budget, and it's running only with the winning ads Every time some ad from testing is getting traction and is recognized as a winner, I import it to ASC That way ASC is constantly being refreshed with the new winners

3) Test winning ads with some additional interests audiences Considering most of my tests are done with a Broad audience, whenever I have a few winning ads I combined them into a bucket *bucket = ads grouped by similarity I then use that bucket with a few...

...individuals or stacked interests It's a low margin for bad results case we use only winning ads This is not always very scalable cause interests often burn out sooner than the Broad BUT, it's a nice addition to the revenue, cause they often have higher ROAS than the Broad

4) Move all the winning ad sets from Broad and Interest testing into the manual bids campaign I set each "Audience x Ads" combination with a few different bids, all around a target CPA (+/- $5) The goal is to find a sweet spot between deliverability/spend and desired results

5) Transfer all of your winning "Audiences x Ads" combinations in the CBO with a higher starting budget That way I'm already leveraging what's working, and again the margin of error is pretty small As you can see, the foundation for scaling is 90% based on a winning ad/creative
