@RealHeathcliffs The joke is that Jimmy, in his pursuit of fame, is doing stand up comedy. To try and learn the ways of humour, he has put on a funny helmet, however, it is unfortunately not working. The audience is not impressed.

@RealHeathcliffs this is an interesting development, helmets have been implied to turn the wearer into the word, or at least make the wearer seem like the word (e.g the meat helmet) but this seems to not work. is it jimmy? maybe the wearer has to have true belief
