1/ The Exposure of Merissa Louise Hamilton (aka Merissa Mastropier, aka Marissa Brown). Dear Twitter - Despite the fact she used what appears to be a false name on her bankruptcy filing, the details I am providing here are available to anyone who googles Merissa. Just copy/paste!
2/ Merissa is a public figure who ran unsuccesfully for the AZ senate in 2016 and for Phoenix mayor in 2020. She has no problem calling others "marxists" and "cartel associates" and "groomers and pedophiles" without any basis for it.
3/ There are no personal details provided beyond what is required to demonstrate what a f'n hypocrite Merissa is. A shoutout to @TheRealThelmaJ1 as she turns me on to a number of these AZ morons...(and she is hilarious, giver her a follow!)
4/ If you know my work here/elsewhere (or search @coffinitup bankrupt), you will understand how much I despise the hypocrisy of those magats that love to call everyone "marxists", while taking full advantage of our bankruptcy laws (amongst many other socialist support programs...
5/...such as FHA loans and PPP loans) to bail them out, many of them multiple times! I can't really think of a more socialist concept? You f@ck up and the rest of us pay for it? Privatize the gains and socialize the losses?
6/ I do not require a (another) lecture on the purpose of our bankruptcy laws. I understand them completely, and I don't begrudge people/businesses that utilize them to get their sh!t back together. But if the lesson you take from that experience is to become an alt-right hack...
7/ ...and rail against non-existent Marxists (while committing mortgage fraud or levelling up your government FHA loans to finance your life…), then we have a problem. In addition, many abuse the laws and turn their lives into a never ending debt-fueled ponzi scheme.
8/ Or they simply file to frustrate creditors or ex-spouses with no intentions of discharging. I've called out A-hole magats like Stew Peters, Vince Langman, Lavern Spicer, and Bryan Blehm, Jordan Conrad's magat parents, democrats like Tekemia Dorsey, and countless other trolls.
9/ Onto Merissa! A little backround on Merissa's early life. I don't share this as a gloat, as it sounds like it was a very tough childhood. It does however seem that it was a bit of a landmark case in terms of the freedom of one parent to push religion on their children and to..
10/..deny parental rights to the secular parent, so it would obviously have shaped young Melissa somewhat and it would be remiss of me to leave it out. The eldest of three, her parents divorced when she was 12.
11/ The children lived with their father Frank (38 y/o) and his new young wife Robin (24 y/o) in a strict Jehovah’s Witness environment. The mother Bonnie was granted joint custody, but the father denied many of the provisions, and the parents continued to battle...

13/ Shortly after that, Merissa married her Bristol, CT high-school boyfriend, Jason Rivers Brown. Here they are in October/2000. Just a few years later Merissa and Jason were swirling the financial bowl with over $277K debts>liabilities, including $197K in unsecured debt.
14/ They filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 10/05 and it was discharged in 2/06. I believe the statute of limitations on bankruptcy fraud is five years, but that doesn't mean we can't look at whether there are likely some elements of fraud to this bankrutpcy filing!
15/ First of all, while Merissa has always been "Merissa" both before and after her marriage to Jason and in every single other publicly available record, she decided to use the name "Marissa" on the bankruptcy filing (which made me have to do a whole bunch more work to verify!)
16/ There might be a couple of reasons for that, but I suspect the biggest one might be that she didn't want them to find any evidence that she had full-time employment in Phoenix that she wasn't disclosing in the bankruptcy filing. This is from Merissa's linkedin:
17/ Let's compare that info with what Merissa told the bankruptcy court under penalty of perjury...hmmmm, something seem off? Either she is lying in her linked in or, more likely, she is committing bankruptcy fraud?
18/ Merissa divorced Jason in Arizona in 6/07. Merissa then had some "issues" with a Toney Miller (protective order in 2009) and went on to marry a Diarra Olatunde Hamilton (a rapper/entertainer???). He had a few "issues" at that point...
20/They divorced in 2013 and she retained his last name. Then there was another family court issue in 2016 that I need to go to the courthouse to suss out! Then a couple of civil cases, one in which Merissa was suing a bunch of folks including Home Depot (Dis. with Prejudice…).
21/ ...and one where Max Soussan was suing Merissa for defamation (Dismissed without prejudice). Might be more to these stories, but I think their only relevance is that Melissa seems to like chaos (and I'm tired...)...
22/ Then she starts running up the FHA debt on her primary residence (what could go wrong?). These are government backed loans with terms that the borrower wouldn't be able to secure without the federal government's backing. Why would you need that as fierce capitalist???
23/ Weren't all these a$$holes just complaining that people were having to pay more for their higher credit-ratings? No complaints when you get better terms here I see!? Literally no one I know has an FHA loan, and a very small % of the mortgage frauds I look at are FHA.
24/ I obviously won't provide an address, but I'd say her home is worth about $400K and she upped the 1st mortgage from the $200K taken in 6/17 to an FHA loan of $242K taken in 7/18 (terms modified in 1/22), and then also added a $40K 2nd FHA mortgage in 1/22).
25/ Again, I don't begrudge people taking advantage of the socialist programs that our country has decided to put into place, but maybe don't call everyone a marxist after that??? As always, I will retract anything shown false in good faith. Receipts attached!

@CoffinItUp I have a cousin who along with her husband exists almost solely off manipulating home loans and declaring bankruptcy, I don't know how they are able to fall asleep at night, you'd think they'd know what they are doing is wrong, but nope, and ofc, they waive that trump flag high
@ryangraber18 Most of the mortgage frauds I document are full on Trumpers. These are felonies worth up to 10 years federal prison because we said "never again". Well guess what, here we go again because enforcement is non-existent.
