I grew one Ecom store from $1k to $10,000k daily budget in 3 months Here’s the exact 5-step roadmap I followed so you can do the same.

1) Proper audit of the ad account Identifying mistakes is the first step I do when I take over a new ad account I list them down and fix them Usually, those are: > no post ID > no buyers exclusion > bad optimization This put us in a stable situation

2) Knowing the numbers What's our target KPI? Is it MER or ROAS in FB/TW/NB or NCCPA This is extremely important, cause without a proper target it's impossible to make a proper decision I also check % of view-through conversions to understand what attribution setting to use

3) Customer Research I analyze: > Comments on the ads > Customer reviews > Competitors' reviews on Amazon > Post-purchase survey > Subreddits in brand niche to actually understand why people are buying, what are their problems, needs and wants so we can craft better ads

4) Proper ad account structure ABO testing campaign > new ad set for each new test, grouped by similarity (angle, creator, creative style) > Each concept with the 2-4 variations Scaling campaigns > ASC with all the winners > interests audiences > manual bids

5) Additional custom ad account strategies I adjust my strategy to each brand & ad account > Catalog (DABA & DPA) campaigns for multi-SKU stores > Advertorials for problem-solving products > Shop campaigns for commodity products > Giveaway for cheap lead generations

If you want a custom approach to scaling your ad account, DM me.

@IstvanicMarin Have any clients spending $30k-$50k day? Thats the spend when things start getting a little more complicated i find

@Tons_0f_fun I have a few Yeah, a lot more creatives & testing is needed at this point

@IstvanicMarin That’s serious scaling speed

@IstvanicMarin Excellent breakdown 👍

@IstvanicMarin How do you check % of view through conversions? Do you mean comparing TW to Shopify data?

@Unngabunga no, you compare attribution windows in Ads Manager

@IstvanicMarin How to scale compaign with manual bid

@sufyandigitalpk I go to manual bids once I have a proven audience x ads combination I set up a few ad sets with different bid ranges and just leave them be for a few days until i find the one that's a sweet spot between the spend and results

@IstvanicMarin See so many people who are neglecting number 4 Seems like a lot of people don't understand how essential it is to the success of their ads

@IstvanicMarin Any tips to maintain a healthy page feebackscore as a dropshipper?

@SolotovS have a quality product & decent shipping time

@IstvanicMarin Wha is MER, FB/TW/NB, DADB

@IstvanicMarin No optimization of upsells to increase your AOV?

@MeditationMase I personally don't handle that part of the offer when handling FB ads for clients
