THE DANGERS OF ROCK SALT It causes thinned mucus fibers, cellular destruction & solidification, decreased digestive abilities & absorption, loss of brain fat, myelin erosion, insanity, irritability & violent behavior (studies below) CONSUME REAL FOODS WITH SODIUM IONS 👇
SALT IS A ROCK. Plants eat rock. No single human ancestor tribe consumes it. What do they eat/drink instead? - The Maasai drink Blood - The Inuit eat Seafood Shellfish & Animal Blood are the two best sources of SODIUM ions (Na+) Salt (Sodium Chloride, NaCl) IS NOT THE SAME.
SODIUM IONS are the individual charged particles Contained in real food (suspended in the water) SODIUM CHLORIDE is the compound formed when sodium ions combine with chloride ions. (Mineral Salt, Salt Rock, Salt)
Salt that is not naturally present in food, imbalance our systems, causing many diseases, including cellular dehydration, edema, bone diseases & malformations. See the studies below

Let’s not forget about HEADACHES. My mom suffered 20 years with headaches until she eventually realized that she was sensitive to SALT. Every time she consumes salt, her blood pressure rises & she gets headaches. Even on keto or carnivore or peating. No matter what diet.
“Food without salt tastes bland!” Yes, salt is for COOKED food only. It helps digest it. If you eat RAW meat, RAW eggs, RAW milk, RAW (unsalted) cheese, butter, honey, fruits Your taste for salt will completely disappear. Thousands of people who do the Raw Primal Diet confirm.
SODIUM is indeed absolutely necessary for humans. But try to get it from real foods instead. A great example: The famous tennis player Novak Djokovic consumes CELERY JUICE daily, which contains tons of SODIUM suspended in water.
If you need to consume SALT, (ie for adrenal fatigue or extreme sports) at the very least, MIX it with water first, so the sodium and chloride can separate. That will mitigate a lot, but not all of the issues with rock salt.
Further scientific explanation: Sodium ions that are suspended in water are readily available for absorption, leading to a more gradual incorporation into the bloodstream. This allows the body's homeostatic mechanisms to more effectively manage osmotic balance and blood pressure. Solid rock salt creates pockets of high osmotic pressure in the gut before it dissolves, leading to rapid water movement out of nearby cells and causing cellular shrinkage and apoptosis (death). This results in changes in blood flow and pressure which to leads directly to headaches. Neurons are also highly sensitive to changes in ion concentrations and are easily affected by it.
