And the process to revoke it is a lot of youtube not responding mixed with having to give the striker your home adress for some reason lol

Nintendo (back when it was a tiny card game company) managed to win against Universal in a battle about the legality of Donkey Kong.

It would make fan artists fear being hit with one But no copyright law absolutely works like that, in the U.S. anyways. Fair Use might apply in some cases, but not to everything
