@elonmusk @NicklasNilsso14 Well, Tesla can end this tomorrow by signing a collective bargaining agreement. There isn’t really a good reason for Tesla not to do it since collective agreements is the norm in Sweden. And this is sort of the result if you refuse.

It is basically a cartel, or rather a guild. In reality they have low legitimacy and prob would not "survive" w/o state privileges.
