Copy & paste this “Hour by Hour” routine to get in the best shape of your life in this next year: 6am: -Wake up. Drink 8oz water immediately -Coffee/whatever caffeine you like (200mg) -Eat 20g carbs, 20g protein (any source, see sample examples at bottom) 6:15am: -4 days per week: 45min intense lifting session (start by alternating push, pull, legs if you've never lifted) -3 days per week: 45min brisk walk 12pm (or whenever your lunch break is): -Walk 30 minutes every day -Eat 100g protein, 40g fat, 60g carbs (any source) 6:30pm: -Eat 50g protein, 30g fat, 40g carbs (any source) -Stop eating at 7pm. End of story. No more calories. 10pm: -Get room down to under 70 degrees. Blackout curtains. Go tf to sleep. Drink as much water as you want throughout the day. Do this day in and day out and you will be in top 1% shape in 4-6 months guaranteed. That's it. I just did all the work for you. Now it's just up to you to do what I said. Here are sample meals that fit the macros I just described (I'm doing even more work for you, you're welcome): Breakfast (20g protein, 20g carbs): -Scrambled Eggs (2 large eggs) - Protein: 13g -Whole Wheat Toast (1 slice) - Carbs: 15g -Greek Yogurt (small serving, about 100g) - Protein: 10g, Carbs: 5g Lunch (100g protein, 40g fat, 60g carbs): -Grilled Chicken Breast (300g) - Protein: 93g, Fat: 11g -White Rice (approximately 152g cooked) - Carbs: 43g, Protein: 4g -Avocado (approximately 195g) - Fat: 29.g, Carbs: 18g, Protein: 4g Dinner (50g protein, 30g fat, 40g carbs): -Beef Sirloin: 144g (Protein: 38g, Fat: 13g, Carbs: 0g) -Almonds: 26g (Protein: 6g, Fat: 13g, Carbs: 6g) -Oats: 286g (Protein: 7g, Fat: 4g, Carbs: 34g) There you go.
