Everyone in HT (Health Twitter) seems to be talking about herbs this week. So here are some herbs that can help you take your health to the next level. Threadđź§µ

Standard disclaimer that nothing in this thread should be used as a substitute for medical advice. In this thread, we will mention some potential benefits that you can experience from certain herbs. But before we do so, we need to mention two things.

Number 1: Herbs are supplemental tools. There are no miracle cures that will somehow undo the damage of poor lifestyle choices and since they are supplemental tools you should not be using them daily. Number 2: When it comes to all plants, quality matters, a lot. You should NOT use the plants that will be mentioned unless you can get source them properly. The last thing you want is to get some pesticide-filled plant and consume it thinking that it will benefit you.
