-basically have no life at all for years wasted , only lives in the internet -no physical strength to even sit up to watch tv (fr) -being a “goal” of other SICK people but that is all -afraid to go out or connect w reality bc you’re so costumed by your head

-all that’s left in u is a dead soul and mind -nobody irl will look at you without judgement -nobody irl will see you being their goal

You will NEVER be happy nor satisfied with yourself if you don’t heal from ur sick mind and zoom OUT .heal your body and your soul and mind will follow .the universe is sm more for you to be consumed by your head .we are all just a human being, so why can others but not us

i believe you will not regret recovery but you will regret not recovering

@baniievaa Yeah, that’s what it was like for me too. Lost my job, had to move back in with my parents and they helped me recover to a healthier weight.
