Most people spend their time chasing or running from something outside of themselves.   Want to reverse the roles and start attracting the things you want to come to you instead? You're off to a good start.   There’s a reason you attracted this onto your timeline after all.

The first thing you can do is stop putting so much energy on outcomes.   When you put too much focus on the outcome you end up chasing it away.   Instead focus on embodying the kind of person that already has what you’re seeking.

How does such a person act? What would their attitude toward their object of desire be? Who do they spend their time with? What sort of routine would they follow? What environment would they place themselves in? Focus on the identity and the inputs. NOT the outcomes.

You’ll notice that these types of people typically carry a certain resonance. This is what we mean when we call someone “magnetic”. Things just seem to gravitate toward them. How do you tap into such a resonance yourself?

Full. Send. Authenticity.   Learning to be sincere for sincerities sake.   If you come from a place of expression that’s conditional then the things you attract into your life will all be conditional as well.

Put your actual purest authentic self out there. Unapologetically. You’ll be amazed by what you attract back into your life. When what we put out into the world comes genuinely from the heart and nothing else - what we're given in return is so much more powerful.

On that note – put your mental focus toward the things you want instead of what you don't want. Giving attention gives energy. The phrasing you use makes a difference. “I want to be healthy” as opposed to “I don’t want to be sick”.

When you focus on the positives you give them momentum.   Every time it’s so over we all look to someone that reminds us that, in all reality, we’re actually so back.   You can be that person not only for yourself but for those around you that need that extra reminder.

You focus on being and becoming rather than chasing and running. You are shamelessly authentic. Putting the vibes out there that you want to see back. You focus on the good and bountiful. You’re a master of mental reframes – everything is in your favor.
