@celestialbe1ng thanks for the recipe! mine's baking in the oven now ๐Ÿ˜‹ just a heads up, i used 2 liters of non-homogenized whole milk, and it yielded ~300 grams of cheese. next time i make this i'll be using 4 liters of milk instead
