There's a "blue ocean" strategy Amazon sellers can use to find 20% more profitable products to sell. I'll break down the entire playbook you can copy. A 🧵

For every product you sell on Amazon there is some ancillary product or niche you can get into. For example, if you sell lotion you can head out to Amazon and allow it to tell you what people search for to go along WITH their lotion. You can even find ancillary niches.

Here are some of the results I got: • lotion applicator for back • lotion applicator for feet • lotion bar • lotion bottles • lotion gloves • lotion in bulk • lotion organizer • lotion socks • lotion spray This doesn't even include brands or scents that come up.

Each product you source or sell can create dozens of ancillary products and accessories that you only need to find and fulfill. You can even use these ancillary products to create value add bundles (if done properly).

How do you find these? I call this the "Amazon Whisper Method". In the Amazon search bar you start with a keyword or phrase. Then you add a space and a letter of the alphabet. Example: • Basketball a • Basketball b Once you do that you'll get results like this:

If you want to dive deeper into this you can use a tool like AMZ Suggestion expander. This will increase the number of suggestions you get for each keyword you search. This method should keep you from ever running out of ideas for items to source.

Once you have your list of ideas you can take these to Keepa Product Finder(KPF). In KPF you can search for these keywords in the title. You can then filter by: • price • BSR • number of sellers and more. Let's look at the lotion example again.

You can search the term "lotion deodorant" in KPF with prices that have increased up to 500% over the past 30 days. You'll find a beautiful Keepa like the one below. Your job is to find the product profitably. Then, repeat this across hundreds of keywords.

@cleartheshelf Use Product Opportunity Explorer if you have access within Amazon Seller Central. Also, use free tools like Google keyword planner or trends as well.

@amazonppcguy Absolutely. I was going to mention things like Ahrefs but that’s probably a bit much for most sellers.
