1. Wall Tibialis You can do this exercise anywhere there is a wall. 20 reps
2. Calf stretch 2 min
3. Split Squat 10 reps
4. Couch Stretch 2 min This stretch has been the most important for me recovering from knee pain.
5. Superman 12 reps
6. Full ROM pushups 20 Reps
7. L-Sit 30 sec
8. Hang - 60 Sec
