Amazon increased their inbound fees. But, you can still make a ton of sales shipping items yourself and forgo these new fees. In this 🧵 I'll show you the exact steps to use Keepa Product Finder (KPF) to find profitable FBM inventory in under 5 minutes.

This is a simple process. But, it's not always easy to find the profitable inventory. That is where the work will come in. Keep reading.

Using KPF you'll start with two filters. • Sales Rank • Buy Box Price In sales rank you'll want items under a certain BSR. I chose under 125,000 for this example. For BB price you'll want to filter for a price higher than X. I chose $25.

In this example I also looked for items increasing 15% to 500% over the past 7 days. This should increase the likelihood that products are profitable. This isn't necessary but will reduce the number of results you have to go through. The filters look like this:

Next, you'll choose a category. Again, this isn't necessary but it reduced the results to < 1,500 and made the results more manageable. I chose Health & Household in this example.

You may want to filter for the average number of sellers. I chose 3 or more average number of sellers over the past 30 days. This is to try and filter out PL brands or brands selling directly on the platform. I'd prefer to not have to deal with IP issues.

You'll also want to filter to show products that have a 3rd party seller in the buy box. You can also refine this more to only show products with other FBM sellers holding the BB. This doesn't always take into account regional BB's so you may want experiment here.

This should produce some results where the prices have recently jumped on Amazon. It should also show products that are within your BSR ranges. The ASIN below has jumped $8 in the past 2 days. It's ranked below 15K.

You can then Google search the item. I was able to find this item locally. There are a few locations I can pick this item up today. Once you find the product make sure you look for any coupons or other ways to reduce your COGS. In this case we found a 20% off coupon.

@cleartheshelf KPF so underrated 🔥🔥

@cleartheshelf Would you say there are better products for FBA vs FBM? Let’s say all things equal, are certain product categories better for FBA? I ask this because I have 3 items set to FBM and they are not moving. 2 items in clothing 1 item in make up The number all look good. Help!

@cleartheshelf @ScottSellss Hello show me KPF
