Quick 10 minute workout for busy people Here's how to do it: 1) Prisoner Squat 2) Pushup 3) Single leg hip thrust or glute bridge 4) Mountain Climber 5) Jumping jacks Do each exercise for 30 seconds. Without resting move to the next one. Rest 2 min then do for another round.
Focus more on form & muscle activation than total number of reps. At the end your heart will be pumping while your lungs & muscles will be burning. Do this 1-2x a day depending on your schedule.
