A lot of people ask me how I warm up my vocals, so here's a very dirty, raw look at some things I did today to wake my voice up a bit before recording! It's not very pretty, hahaha, but it's going through a lot of facial expressions and registers to wake me up vocally!
I don't have a consistent, laid out set of exercises, I just focus on waking up my different registers, stretching and squishing my face to wake up my muscles, and vocalizing vowels and consonants to prepare myself for singing words! I'm not a pro by any means, I just have fun!
Also, I kind of just legitimately never shut my mouth so I'm constantly exercising my voice. I like to play with different voices as I go about my day, so it stays really flexible and is always being built up and learning new things.
Now that I say this aloud, I realize that I'm just professionally annoying :)
@TrickleYT BROO THE END???? HOW DO U REACH THOSE HIGH NOTES IM JELLYYYYYYYYYY AAAAAAAAAAAAAA I need to practice much more πππ
@TrickleYT at the end
@TrickleYT TEA IS READY
@TrickleYT i should use a warm up routine like this... the only time I warm up is for musical theatre ππ (i decided to attempt to belt an addams family song without warming up. worst idea ever)
@TrickleYT Man lip trills are goated, it always fun to do them
@TrickleYT idk why this was so fun to listen to, your warmups are so fun!! itβs crazy how you sound so controlled even when just loosening your voiceβ¦ i donβt get it as a non singer π
@TrickleYT i could honestly listen to an entire song that's just you vocalizing π you sound so awesome even during warmups
@TrickleYT The greatest trickle original yet, you should call It Noise Town, N-N-N Noise they've tried Busting out my ear drums Instead I take my volume and I turn I all down. RIGHT SIDE UP That I am now Will you tell me when I wake up was it all just sigma!!
@TrickleYT bro turned into a kettle at the end LMAO
@TrickleYT THE END MADE MY JAW DROP
@TrickleYT YOOOO STUDIO ONE LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
@TrickleYT You should do an original song that's composed of your warm-ups, that'd be funny and cool to see. Also, HOLY SHIT your voice is really cool
@TrickleYT I remember doing similar warm ups. Ours were a little more silly though. ALSO HELLO THE TEA KETTLE VOICE?? I swear your vocal range is gonna include dog whistles next
@TrickleYT First, thank you, I will be doing this from now on Second, why do I desperately want to see someone animate this www
@TrickleYT Don't mind me, I'm just gonna steal that to animate over it π
@TrickleYT My ears would have busted, if I wasn't half alien lol
@TrickleYT I wish I had your vocal range, dude. Even your warm ups have such a full scale
@TrickleYT How do you make the falsettos sound true π Your control over your voice is so good -- like a jack of all trades (or an army swiss knife!)
@TrickleYT Those high notes my godddddd HOW?!
@TrickleYT i died at the falsetto (i think) halfway throught sir your voice is so majestic i love it.
@TrickleYT DAMN someone needs to take the tea off the stove at the end. In all seriousness, I admire your transitions so much, so smooth
