Here is my simple 3-step approach to seeing through problems. Feel free to use it. 1. Name a problem you're facing For example: "I'm not making enough money" (cont)

2. Write down 3 assumptions you're making about it For example: - That I would know when I got to “enough.” - That enough money solves the problems I am facing. - That I have to make money to have more of it.

3 If you assume the assumptions are false, what new solutions arise?

When I was in my 30s, I decided to investigate my thoughts for a week - particularly shameful, painful and self-critical thoughts. It turns out — none of them were true. More precisely, they were both true and untrue at the same time. Seeing this gave me a ton of freedom.

@FU_joehudson Invaluable to learn to see ever-present assumptions that keep us playing small. And to design "freedom experiments" to test those assumptions. Experiment by experiment freeing ourselves from prisons of our own making.

@FU_joehudson Nice & simple

@FU_joehudson Joe Hudson, Thank you with all my heart 🙏🏻 Just signing up on Art of Accomplishment & getting the transformation mini series is so generous! All you are sharing is A+++ w/love and authenticity. We are blessed to have you holding us @ this time in our humanity.

@FU_joehudson Sorry, forgive me... But I'm just not getting this. Can someone help me, please?
