Wieiad as a ednos girl trying to lock in before school starts *high res (high restriction meaning LOW intake)
I’m trying to keep my intake under 200 for the next few days, also I forgot to do this until right now so all of the photos are taken at the same time in my car, sorry (also not me in the picture)
I woke up at 12 pm… So I had a Fresca in the car before heading to my doctors appointment 0 cals
Had a Diet cherry Coke when I came back and chewed gum throughout the day (I hate mint flavored gum tbh) 0 cals
Had another Diet Coke and a tuna packet, this one was ok but I think I still prefer the deli one 80 cals
Had some toddler snacks that I pre-portioned out, this one is strawberry flavored! 1/5 cup 25 cals
Had like 4 pieces of cantaloupe my mom cut, I’m guessing around 30 calories but idk
Will probably have a diet Canada Dry later 0 cals
Today was 135 cals give or take. I’m happy I stuck to my plan and didn’t binge!!
That’s it!! Thank you for reading
@SarahCh04312964 is there anything special you do for your nails to prevent them from breaking? :(( whenever i restr1ct my nails become so brittle and ugly aaa😭
@cafebmi Not really I’m sorry:( I naturally have really thick nails. But I do eat a skin, hair, and nails gummy every day and when it gets to winter I try and oil them with jojoba oil 😄
@SarahCh04312964 THANK YOU! High restriction- HIGHLY RESTRICTING! It’s in the name, highly restricting on cals so low intake 😞
@SarahCh04312964 Thank you clarifying what your understanding of high rest is. I understand the opposite of it (saw it on diet plans a lot time ago (2018/19) e.g low intake = low cal
@SarahCh04312964 finally somebody who understands what ‘high restriction’ means
