@safonyameherbal The whole plant is edible. We eat the green parts like lettuce (salads), and the root can be used for tea or added to stews, etc. However, we avoid eating it once it starts to flower, as it becomes tough. Still, the yellow flowers can be used to make various concoctions.

@safonyameherbal What about inositol (B-8)? I don't even know where it comes from. But, I read in a couple of places it showed promise in shrinking tumors especially in the lungs.
