Update to 2000ng/dl testosterone This year I’ve used/done: - 14 supplements and stacks - 14 blood tests - Spend over $5000 - Got over 100 markers checked Here’s everything I used so far 1. Tongkat Ali 2. Reuteri 3. Agmatine 4. Garlic + Onion 5. Georgi Dinkov testosterone stack

Tongkat Ali mega dose - 10 caps of a 10% eurycomanone extract for 2 weeks and then 20 caps for the 3rd week. It's been shown to skyrocket testosterone in animals. For me, it tanked my LH to 1 and my T to 190ng/dl.

L. Reuteri - I used 200 billion units for 3 weeks. It's been shown to 4x testosterone in animals that were on a high fat diet. For me, it didn't increase LH, but increased my T by 64%.

Agmatine - Agmatine has been shown to increase LH and should also increase testosterone. I used 1 tbsp for a week prior to the test and an additional 1 tbsp 20 min before the test. It increased my LH by 6% and my T by 15%.

Garlic and onion - both these have been shown to increase LH and testosterone. I tried consuming 1 garlic bulb and 6 juice onions per day, but I became such an intense fart monster that I had to stop after 4 days. This messed up my gut a bit.

Georgi Dinkov (@haidut) did a testosterone protocol back in 2013 which increased his testosterone over 1500ng/dl. He used: - mega doses of vitamin A, D, E and K2 - zinc - magnesium - taurine - niacinamide - aspirin I modified it a bit and used: - 100mg pregnenolone - 3g

@haidut Biotin - I used 15mg for 3 weeks. It's been shown to skyrocket testosterone in animals. It increased my LH and T by 42% and 2% respectively.

@haidut Allithiamine - I used 1g for 2 weeks. Allithiamine contains the testosterone-boosting compound found in garlic, namely diallyl disulfide. DD has been shown to increase LH in a dose-dependent manner. My LH didn't budge and my T dropped by 12%. This was after the agmatine

@haidut Ginger + sermorelin - Ginger has been shown to increase LH and testosterone in humans. There is also a study showing that Sermorelin can increase LH. Ginger increased my LH and T by 31 and 21% respectively. My IGF-1 went up by 11 points from 250mcg sermorelin each night. Fail!

@haidut Arginine + MK-677 Arginine and IGF-1 have the capacity to increase LH and then testosterone. I used 9g arginine and 25mg MK-677 before bed for 2 weeks. My LH dropped by 10% and my T increased by 1%.

@haidut Testagen It's a bioregulatory peptide that is supposed to help regenerate the pituitary and as a result improve thyroid hormone, LH and testosterone. For me, after 2 weeks of use, my LH dropped by 14% and my T increased by 8%.
