I'm Ange's biggest fan, so that levels things up for me to be his biggest critic Simply put, Ange has to change He has to change in the way he reacts to game states. More often than none, he just watches it play out. He's not reacted to game states sufficiently enough
I can count a lot of games he just watched, would I say hoping we play our way out of it The manager's job is to create the platform for the players to perform at their best And things won't always go your way, so you need to react accordingly Ange hasn't done that enough
It's not about a plan B It's about changing approach, system change, formation change, tactical instructions, player instructions, player change... could be any of them Something to throw your opponent off balance and push momentum to your side
That's 1 thing I absolutely love about Tuchel (& absolutely hated about his time at Chelsea). He almost always knows what to do mid-game to tilt the game to his favor Ange needs to start doing same often. We can't just always watch and hope we play our way out of it
It's either we get world class players who can bail us out of such situations, or We don't push on, and he gets the sack We know which is more likely. More reason why he needs to pull on his tactical hat on immediately Still, I believe he's the right man for the Job #COYS
