The yamnaya, corded ware and bell beaker migrations all happened extremely suddenly and covering incredible distances within 100 years YC 3100-3000bc CWC 2900-2800bc BB 2500-2400bc The PIE migrations were sudden violent pulses and not slow gradual diffusions
Some of these happened within a single generation. We have bell beaker samples with grandfathers buried in Germany and sons buried in Spain
