When I was malnourished and experiencing hair loss, here’s what helped me to regrow my hair… A GUIDE FOR WOMEN AND MEN: • Red light therapy: 20 minutes, 3–4 times a week • Vitamin D: 10,000 IUs daily • Increasing calories and dietary sugar: Sources like honey, orange

I mentioned topical aspirin, but forgot to add oral aspirin: master anti-inflammatory and pro-metabolism, will do wonders. I take 300-900mg a few times a week, paired with vitamin K2.

@LlezaGordon We had to get to the root cause of the issue 😤

@celestialbe1ng Any recommendations for red light therapy at home / lamps? Thanks!

@peereer288383 I personally have a subscription at my tanning salon (for both their sun beds and red light therapy beds), but @BlueLightDiet has written a guide on what to look for when buying a red light device!

@celestialbe1ng And after menopause? My hair lacks density and I don't want to dye it. This is a major problem for women as they age.

@Lousse101 The same principles, mg dear :)!

@celestialbe1ng Love the post! But which brands did you take it for the vitamins etc. ? Because so many brands that doesn’t really work.

@waynedbx Try to get them from your diet when you can (attached post) What I personally supplement: • B complex: Objective Nutrients or Energin by Idealabs • Niacinamide: Saturee • Thiamine: Thiamega or Thiamax by Objective Nutrients • Progesterone: Progest E complex by Kenogen via

@celestialbe1ng what do you recommend for red light therapy at home?
