I'm a Psychologist and there's one Pattern I noticed in all unsatisfied people: They lack direction, purpose and meaning. Here’s the 6-Step System to escape the dark prison of nihilism and live your dream life:

1. Take Responsibility Taking responsibility is the most important step toward change. Realize this: The problem is always you. Even if it’s not. Meaning you’re exactly where you deserve to be. You don’t like it? Good. Time to change.

2. Be Courageous Anything worthwhile is scary at first. And you need courage to overcome your fears. Change creates resistance within you -Courage is how you overcome that resistance. Without the courage to go through the difficulty, you’ll always lack purpose.

3. Be Disciplined Discipline is the only true antidote to dissatisfaction. It’s what stands between you and your dream life. Discipline is what will make you get up, push through and create the life you want.

4. Embrace Discomfort The Greatest Paradox: The more comfort you seek, the more discomfort you’ll feel. The more discomfort you seek, the more comfortable you’ll feel. Whenever you feel discomfort, realize this is where growth happens. Embrace it. Cherish it. Pursue it.

5. Follow your interests. You don’t choose your interests, interests choose you. You either follow them or they will haunt you. So meditate on this question: What topics am I truly fascinated by?

6. Serve What is a topic you would love to teach about? How could you contribute the most to the world? You find your purpose by thinking about how you can serve the world.

@heythemnaji What's your take on the number 6 vs 7?

@heythemnaji Most people want control but we are afraid to take the responsibility to achieve it.

@thedanielaros true. It takes a lot to actually take it on

@heythemnaji absolutely I always find myself sad AFTER achieving something and its because I ask myself 'now what?' I feel depressed till I can find the next project, something to work on

@heythemnaji @_Pammy_DS_ If people aren’t self aware and don’t have a deeper understanding for their unique personal formula for happiness, none of the rest of this matters. You need your minds gps and know where you are to truly chart your course.

@heythemnaji Powerful insights! Each step builds a clear path from dissatisfaction to purpose.

@RaisingWiser Thank you and yes exactly!

@heythemnaji @_Pammy_DS_ Purpose is important.

@heythemnaji Fascinating observation, @heythemnaji! I've seen similar patterns in my yoga & mindfulness students. Purpose & meaning are key to unlocking fulfillment. What's the first step you take with clients to help them discover their direction?

@holistichabits2 discovering their values.

@heythemnaji Fascinating insight, @heythemnaji! As a wellness guide, I've seen how purpose & meaning can shift one's trajectory. In yoga, we call it 'dharma' - living in alignment with our highest self. What's one step you've taken towards discovering your purpose?

@heythemnaji Discipline is the most important It's really how you build your dream life and win
