If you’re a guy in your early 20s, buy Creatine Go into debt if you have to

@levelsio I take it daily, feels more like a placebo than what the benefits the internet tells me. Haven’t noticed any difference in the gym on it, neither any cognitive differences.

@levelsio Unless you already have thinning hair

@KettlebellDan I think that was debunked no? Although I see the creatine -> DHT / higher T connection and in turn men with higher T have more thin hair and baldness

@levelsio Depends on the brand too, surprisingly Have been using Biotech monohydrate for year, nearly no effect Switched to MyProtein Impact — +5kg in just 4 months (crazy result for a skinny hardgainer) Both brands claim that they have the purest, cleanest monohydrate P.S. nothing

@rennesis What are you expecting for effects?

@levelsio i stopped taking it, i think it caused some hair loss for me im gonna go bald anyway but not sooner than i have to but if it works for you def it's steroids without steroids

@mehulsharmamat I think this connection was debunked

@levelsio Never used any. Why?

@saniyusuf Insane brain and muscle benefits Most studied supplement I take 6g per day

@levelsio do you have a brand you recommend

@ryandavogel ON and Creapure

@levelsio Also if it's a pain to drink because it doesn't dissolve well put it in your mouth first and then drink the water, works really well (this is not a joke I do this every day)

@levelsio You really think it’s worth it and not just another fad marketing? I like to stick with natural products Whole Foods and fruits. Does adding this really make that much of a difference?

@iosmit Only supplement highly studied

@levelsio I am not in that age group, unfortunately. Tbh I hate creatine, it doesn't dissolve properly and I feel like I am eating sand.

@nifal_adam Yeah same, I just dump it in my mouth, then flush it with sparkling water

@levelsio My housemate is so into this lmao

@Aidanbeltskeys You should too if you like your brain health

@levelsio Do you also do 3g/day or more? I see people saying 10g but that sounds like way too much?
