STOP doing these 18 THINGS if you want to SUCCEED: 1) Telling people your goals

When you tell people your goals, you get a bunch of dopamine. Usually, your brain gives it out when you've accomplished a hard task you planned on achieving. By telling people your goals, your brain thinks you've already accomplished them, So no need for motivation.

2) Stop partying Partying is the biggest waste of time & lie in 2025. It's being advertised to young men & women all over the world as if it's the best thing to do when young. It's not. It's the worst. You have to focus on building yourself, because you've got the speed.

3) Watching p0rn Worst mistake of your life, even if you don't think it is. Your brain is built like in the old times. Getting a woman & having s3x meant you had success. If you jerk off, your brain will think you made it, so no need for motivation.

4) Overspending There's a famous quote that is really helpful with this: "If you don't earn like them, don't spend like them". You're seeing all the millionaires get: - flashy supercars - fancy watches - jewelry But, they're EXTREMELY rich, they can afford it, you can't yet

5) Being afraid of risks The biggest risk is taking NO risk. When you take a good risk, you're more likely to gain than to lose. When you take no risk, you don't have the option of gaining, you can only win. You can't get from nothing to something with NO risks.

6) Falling into distractions If you're 18-25, it's extremely easy to do so. All of your friends are doing drvgs, getting drunk & going to clubs at night, working a job in the day, But all they're doing is fvcking up their brain & energy. Don't do it, not worth it.

7) Chasing cheap women Chasing cheap women you met in a club (which you shouldn't be in) or had a one-night stand with. These kind of women are fun & all to waste time with, But never chase them. They're for the street & you can't deny it. I guarantee you're not her first.

8) Skipping gym days Dude, you don't even have an excuse. Tired? Who cares,you'll get energized in the gym. Busy? Health should be your priority. Depressed? Gym & exercise in general is proven to boost your mental health. You have NO excuse, just go.

9) Looking for shortcuts You can't rush greatness, it's okay if it takes longer than others. You see all of these dudes getting rich online fast, because they're getting rich off of you. Trust me, healthy success takes time & 6 months isn't enough. It takes YEARS.

10) Seeking comfort Curiosity k!lled the cat & comfort the man. You're not allowed to be comfortable ever in your life. You only have one, wtf are you "chilling" for? You're waiting to d!e or what?

11) Scrolling Worst time consumer ever. You might say "Oh, but it's educative, I consume the right content" Ok, so what? Do you think you don't know ENOUGH already? I bet this isn't your first self improvement piece of content. Just START , bro. Success is out there.

12) Looking for motivation I get it, it's HARD to get up in the morning to do work. You'd rather stay in bed for few more hours. But it won't do you any good. Motivation wears off in a couple of weeks, discipline or the true master. It was never supposed to be easy.

13) Drama Drama is your 2nd biggest waste of time, after scrolling. You know, that call with your friend about what happened to that one girl you both know. Dude, who gives a sh!t? Are you living their life or yours? If you're talking about others, you're not living yours.

14) Watching YT videos Alright, I'm going to be honest with you on this one, Even I fall victim to it & tell myself "yeah I worked hard today I deserve a good YT video" It's never one. I end up going to sleep when I was supposed to wake up.

15) Procrastinating Procrastination is hard to beat & yes, the best advice would be to just fvck it & start working. But it ain't that easy. I'm going to tell you what I do when I procrastinate (I procrastinated on this thread for 3 hours).

I just put everything down: my phone, headphones, turn off the laptop. I go out, take some fresh air & wash my face. If needed go on a short run. Then, get back & work. It's way easier than to keep trying to break a bad momentum.
