Anti-woke pro-objectification Many anti-wokeists sees this as a cultural victory. One of the cultural demands of the anti-woke movement is more sexual objectification The anti-woke right also supports traditionalism and conservatism. The unifying ideology is anti-feminism

The religious conservative right and the barstool right are both anti-feminist https://x.com/chronononono/sta...

"It's quite clear that we're in a new era for advertising" Marketing has been changing again, bringing more sexualized marketing back to the fore and provoking controversies Burger chain Carl’s Jr in February returned to its longtime strategy of sexually-charged marketing

Carl’s Jr. began its shift away from its racy ads in 2017, saying the strategy was distracting from the chain’s food 2017: “Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s have become synonymous with two things: bikinis and burgers. That made it difficult to tell a broader story about menu quality”

The new twist on the brand’s once-signature style mirrors a cultural about-face that coincides with President Trump’s return to office “Clearly with the new administration, what is acceptable conduct is changing, and I think you’re seeing Carl’s Jr. jump right on that trend”

This ad almost certainly wouldn’t have run several years ago (2017-2025), when American culture focused more intently on matters of gender equality and diversity

@chronononono Is feminism or any other pro-women cause(like women's rights?) a part of "wokeism"?

@RebelHungPhong It's a vague word but most right wing anti-woke activists do see it as part of wokeism
