X, I need your help. Today’s executive order ends the EB-5 Visa. I’m a Stanford new grad, founded a startup, employ 10+ people. I’m here LEGALLY on the EB-5 investor visa, and now I may be deported. We ❤️ USA. So much, in fact, we saved up, spent $1M on this visa, and waited for years. If this EB-5 Visa is removed, my new startup and its mission would fail. And my family and I can’t stay. @JDVance @elonmusk Can you still grant existing EB-5s, or what will happen to people already in the queue (We’re ~3 months from the green card)? Otherwise, I’ll need to move my company and its jobs elsewhere. I love what you guys are doing, any help would mean the world 🇺🇸
