#Oubing #Nezha #AoBing Besides writing stories about them, turns out ancient people have been shipping oubing for god knows how long with place names too. If you watch the first Nezha film carefully you will notice Taiyi introduce himself to Li Jing and Lady Yin as "吾乃乾元山金光洞太乙真人" or "I am Spiritual Master Taiyi hauling from Jinguan Cave of Mt Qianyuan". Jinguan Cave (Cave of Golden Light) is a real location from Sichuan and has had that name all the way back to Tang Dynasty. These days it's a tourist site dedicated to Taiyi and Nezha since Nezha mythology says when studying as student under Taiyi they did it in this cave. By the way Taiyi's Chinese sub has a Sichuan dialect tone for this reason. It's also why he is depicted as loving hotpot. Jinguan Cave is near the top of the mountain. Half way down the mountain about 30 minutes away is Yinguan Cave, or Cave of Silver Light. Supposedly Nezha defeated an evil loong and locked him away inside. A little bit further away is Bailong Daoist Temple, or White Loong Temple. It says bloody right there on Baidu map brief after killing Ao Bing Taiyi tried to smooth things over with the loongs by used vines of tinospora sinensis and pinus armandii bark to recreate a body for Ao Bing and resurrected him. The resurrected Ao Bing built Bailong Daoist Temple for himself and cultivated within until he was able to ascend and become a star god. Mt Qianyuan and Bailong Daoist Temple are so close that there's even a road sign at the intersection showing you which way to turn to go to each.

Cave of Golden Light is apparently names because it's meant to represent the sun. Cave of Silver Light is named similarly because it's suppose to represent the moon. If you've listened to that song Ice and Fire recently or seen this scene at the start of Nezha 2 I think you can have a pretty good guess which loong exactly is hidden away in Yinguan Cave. My take is Nezha you realized when you are cultivating you are supposed to cut yourself off from worldly desires, not hide your waifu a short walk away so you can visit whenever.
