ok final update: etsy's customer service emailed me that they looked over my case and my shop was suspended in error, so my money was deposited and my shop reinstated. i asked them if theyre doing anything to make sure this doesn't happen again (1/2)
and they did not say anything meaningful in response, so unless i do see big changes i am not going back to selling on etsy and my original warning still stands ^^ thank you everyone again so so much for the support, this would not have been resolved otherwise!
