Hungary is doing what no other Western nation dares: restoring the foundations of civilization. The changes they are making are a model for the rest of the West ... Let me explain… 🧵 Family is the backbone. 1. No income tax for women with at least two children for life. One-child mothers under the age of 30 are exempt from income tax.
2. Support for mothers who stay at home or need to work. "We will be a tax haven for millions of women who choose to make their family a career." -President Orban
3. Housing incentives for young couples. Offers a low interest loan for couples raising or committing to having one child or more. While others fund illegal immigration to increase population, Hungary is rewarding its citizens for population growth.
“Tradition is not the worship of ashes, but the preservation of fire.” ― Gustav Mahler
4. While much of Europe demolishes historic buildings to make way for soulless modernism, Hungary is restoring its past. Buda Castle and other historical sites have been rebuilt. The Royal Guard House which was demolished during the Communist era has been rebuilt.
5. Churches, not shopping malls, are rising across the country. Unlike Western Europe, Hungary is building churches instead of converting them into nightclubs or shopping malls. Since 2010, over 3,000 churches have been restored or built. And if that is not enough, Hungary in Partnership with Lebanon has restored 100+ Ancient Churches in that country.
6. Public spaces are designed with beauty in mind, not brutalist efficiency. Before (Top image) and After (Bottom image)
7. Hungary is investing in schools that teach classical education—Latin, history, philosophy, and literature.
8. The nation is promoting the Arts. The Hungarian State Opera House is a major venue for some of the greatest theatrical shows.
A civilization that forgets its past has no future. Hungary knows and understand this.
8. National traditions and festivals are prioritized.
9. Policies focus on preserving Hungary’s distinct identity.
10. Strict border control to prevent illegal immigration. Hungarians first, not Illegals!

The EU demands conformity. Nations must follow Brussels' rules—even when those rules weaken them. Hungary refuses. In 2024, the European Court of Justice fined Hungary a minimum for €200 million for failure to comply with EU's asylum rules.
11. Hungary prioritizes national interests over globalist policies. All European Union nations but Hungary signed a joint statement on March 6th, 2025, backing Ukraine, the second time in a month that Budapest was the bloc’s sole member to decline to sign such a statement of support.
12. It builds alliances based on pragmatic cooperation, not ideological alignment. It is intent on developing economic ties with nations such as China and Turkey.
13. It opposes EU overreach. György Matolcsy, the Governor of Hungary’s National Bank, envisions a new Europe—one where nation-states cooperate on their own terms, not under Brussels’ dictates.
Hungary’s approach—rooted in sovereignty, tradition, and pragmatic diplomacy—stands in stark contrast to the EU’s stagnation. Its migration policies, once mocked, are now being adopted across Europe. Its focus on families has proven more effective than mass immigration. Its economic ties with Asia are positioning it for the future.
Change is coming to Europe. The only question is: will other nations follow Hungary’s lead or watch their civilization crumble? Hungary has made its choice. Will the rest of the West?
