One third of AAA game devs have been fired so far. Not enough. We should cut the industry back to about 10%. That's how much bloat happened in covid hiring boom. 10x overstaffing. They had to hire so fast they hired non gamers, posers and DEI. X showed the way, runs much better with 1/10th the original staff or less.
