Point Park men's basketball moving on from Kevin Reynolds as coach without so much as a press release saying thanks for the memories is strange behavior. Giving a guy only one year, while not having a home gym, to go from NAIA to Division II doesn't seem like enough time.
Don't get me wrong, Kevin was no saint when he was at SRU and struggled with stress of sustaining success at downtrodden program. Said things he shouldn't have, pushed himself, and sometimes the guys, too hard. I'll be interested to see where he lands next.
