A legal expert tells me the case will likely get dismissed because the UAE made a reservation to article 9 when it acceded to the Genocide convention in 2005. The lawyers knew this when they brought the case…we need countries to stop selling weapons or trading with the UAE (1/2)
Until they actually stop arming the RSF. It’s likely the only form of external pressure that will produce results.
