WHEN I STARTED, I WAS ALWAYS CONFUSED AND FRUSTRATED BY HOW MOST SUPPLY AND DEMAND ZONES I CHOSE FAILED NOW I KNOW BETTER, I MADE A SIMPLE SUPPLY AND DEMAND GUIDE FOR YOU A THREAD🧵🧵

While trading Supply and Demand, there are six (6) validations or criteria you should be looking for, which are; * HTF (Higher timeframe) Bias * Pricing (premium and discount) * Order Flow *Liquidity Sweep * Inducement.

1. HTF Bias Whenever you open your TradingView, first thing you should do is checking your higher timeframe bias. Understanding structure or trend. Is the higher timeframe telling you to buy or sell? if buy, look for demand zone, if sell, look for supply zone.

2. PRICING(P/D) After higher timeframe bias, next thig you should take note of is that the market gives continuation of structures, breaking previous highs and lows. And to capitalize on the right highs & lows to make a trading decisions, you need to understand pricing.

Buying High and selling Low In a bullish market, you wait for price to retrace into the discount zone of a broken structure to buy again. In a bearish market, you wait for price to retrace into the premium zone to sell again It increases your win probability in trading.

3. ORDER FLOW This is the process of price mitigating previous levels of the market in a particular direction. And there are two types of order flow. *Bullish Order flow *Bearish Order flow In a bullish market, there are always bullish otherflows printed by price and candles.

And in bearish market also, there are bearish order flows printed in the market by price and candles So when market is bearish and you see price mitigating previous supply zones, you look out for the next zone to be mitigated and follow the trend continuation

But does that make every supply and demand zone high probably? No. We talked of pricing, if it's in a premium zone of a broken structure, it's high probably, but there is more. Which leads us to number 4.

4. LIQUIDITY SWEEP Professionally, a sweep is valid when price broke structure and also printed a change of character. That CHoCH makes it valid for rentry. Liquidity sweep is when market is done printing a high at the moment, and prints a CHoCH in a bullish market

or when marktet is done printing another low at the moment and print a CHoCH in a bearish market. seeing this, your confidence should increase in picking your entry around that zone.

5. INDUCEMENT Inducement is a fake-out zone or a fake POI, it's literally a zone majority of traders would want to buy/sell from but would be taken out. It could also be said to be the first internal high/low before your actual POI or zone.

Now how does this relate with validating your zones? ~If you don't see an inducement before your poi, your poi is the actual inducement~ This is a very simple way to validate your poi. It saves you several stop losses and makes your decision better. THREAD 4 INDUCEMENT SOON
