This is such a fascinating graph. A frequency drop of 0.15Hz was enough to take down Spain and Portugal.
The best case scenario is every substation detected the drop and pulled itself off the grid to save itself. To fix this you just have to go around hitting the restart button on everything. The worst case scenario is there were no safeguards and a bunch of stuff is bricked
