Me: Your diet should be so dialed in that you don’t need any supplements. Also me: Takes 45g of creatine. Here’s why I do it—and how I think about experimentation, optimization, and pushing human performance to the edge ↓
1. I'm a researcher at heart. I’ve spent the last 10+ years obsessively studying hormones, metabolism, performance, and male optimization. I don’t just read headlines—I dive into full papers, analyze methods, and connect mechanisms across systems.
2. But I’m also a test subject. There’s only so much theory can teach you. At some point, you have to feel the impact. That’s why I experiment. Because sometimes the data is missing. Sometimes the study didn’t go far enough. Sometimes your body is the data.
3. Experiments are science. A lot of breakthrough discoveries happened by accident. Penicillin. Viagra. Even creatine’s DHT effect. You can’t discover anything new if you only do what’s already been done. I treat my body like a lab—and I track everything I can.
4. I know bioindividuality matters. What works for me might not work for you. But if something works in me, it might work in others too. Many people have benefited from things I tested before the crowd even heard about them. I like being ahead of the curve.
5. I live for male optimization. Strength, size, power, functionality, recovery, sleep, libido, confidence. I want the whole package. That means pushing boundaries and running smart (sometimes risky) experiments.
6. I don't just “try” things—I stress test them. Tongkat Ali may increase testosterone dose-dependently? Let’s mega-dose and see where the ceiling is. Butea Superba might raise DHT? Only 1 case study and zero anecdotes? Perfect—let me be the first. 25g of creatine increased
7. I bust myths with real data. People still think high-dose creatine damages kidneys. I’ve run multiple high-dose cycles, tracked my labs—and nothing broke. Maybe my kidneys are made of steel. Maybe the fears are overblown. But now we know.
8. I love learning through doing. Research said Romanian lettuce might improve sleep. I juiced 500g before bed. The result? Massive wood, intense REM… and insanely restless sleep. Not ideal—but I learned something new. That’s the point.
9. My foundation is still rock solid. I eat clean, nutrient-dense, animal-based foods. I prioritize sleep, sunlight, stress control, and proper training. If those aren’t dialed in, supplements won’t save you. But once the foundation is there—I want the edge.
10. I want elite male performance. Can you reach it with diet and lifestyle alone? Maybe… if you’re genetically gifted. But I’m not here to hope I’m elite—I’m here to build it. So I explore, test, track, and optimize.
In summary: Diet and lifestyle are non-negotiables. But once those are solid, supplements become tools. And experiments become a path to breakthroughs. Some call it extreme. I call it curiosity, courage, and the pursuit of becoming the most powerful version of yourself.
