According to reports, forces loyal to Ghneiwa, including those subordinate to the Stability Support Authority, were quickly pushed out of their traditional strongholds of Salah al-Din and Abu Salimas. 3/7
Government forces loyal to Dbeibah targeted them during what the prime minister labeled as an official government operation targeting “irregular” forces. 4/7
Prime Minister Dbeibah has since declared the end of the operation, although intermittent clashes have still been reported. Tripoli University, which canceled classes as a result of yesterday’s clashes, has since resumed normal activities, and Dbeibeh’s government forces... 6/7
