Vladimir Osechkin received a tranche of evidence from a group of disillusioned Russian soldiers in the form of documents, screenshots, chats, videos, photographs, and even serial numbers of the Starlink devices being used by the Russian military in occupied Ukraine.

MOST of the Russian reconnaissance and targeting drone video feeds are transmitted on Discord through high-speed Starlink satellite internet. Osechkin is shocked at the extent Starlink & Discord have become integral to Russia's combat operations in the invasion of Ukraine.

The Starlink smuggling scheme is operated by the FSB Counterintelligence Directorate in occupied Donetsk. Their operatives purchase the Starlink hardware and subscription plans in Europe which are then resold to the Russian military units in occupied Ukraine at double price.

The evidence has been passed on to US and European governments, although Osechkin points out that the sheer prevalence of the use of these technologies makes it clear there is absolutely no chance Western intelligence agencies are unaware.

Ukraine's GRU military intelligence easily triangulates Russian radio signals, allowing them to quickly eliminate Russians who resort to their use. The Russians have overcome this by using Telegram over Starlink satellite internet for tactical real-time communication.

Starlink & Discord must cut off the use of their services that enable Russia to wage war on Ukraine. This would result in an immediate and catastrophic setback for Russia on the frontline. Europe must prosecute the Starlink straw-buyers supplying the Russian military via the FSB.

Starlink and Discord have become the reliable eyes, ears, and mouths of the Russian military, integral to their military operations. Russians are murdering Ukrainians daily, enabled by these US technologies. THIS MUST END IMMEDIATELY.
