Yesterday an onboarding employee submitted the GPS coordinates for his house instead of a legal address, crashing our payroll software and delaying direct deposits for 22 employees by 4+ days because of the upcoming bank holiday. That’s okay, though, because tomorrow I quit
It took 16 hours for their engineering team to tell me the vaguest of information about the source of the issue, which I then used to fix the problem myself instead of waiting “5-7 business days” for them to look at my ticket
