Given the lack of context and the poor visual quality, it is impossible to confirm whether images like this are evidence of anything.

AP mentions two anonymous IDF soldiers and one whose testimony was provided by Breaking the Silence. This is not enough to prove widespread malfeasance throughout the Israeli army.
