Will be interesting to see what this deal entails, other than Ramos’ very high disregard for Mamdani. (And looks like the WFP will need to revise the fifth spot on its anti-Cuomo slate.)

This is somewhat unlike the many endorsers who called on Cuomo to resign 4 years ago and said critical things of him then. This is an endorser who has been saying many deeply critical things *in this race* — eg:

People should not underestimate the degree to which Ramos dislikes/resents/is wary of Mamdani (as we’ve seen through various comments this campaign, including first TV debate) & this coming right after AOC (whom Ramos also has issues with) endorsed him & left Ramos off her slate.
