I don't have anything funny to say about this it is genuinely sad and cause for real alarm. Simmering assassinations start at the extremes and eat steadily towards the center. This has been true across history from the days of the Gracchi brothers to now.
Between the sporadic killings and rioting, the left has been banking assassination/unrest points uncontested for years. It is only a matter of time until the right massively overreacts, as tends to be the pattern
